Luminaires with the MADE IN SPAIN seal manufactured under the strictest standards of ISO 9001:2105, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2018 and ENEC.

We have a manufacturing area equipped with a modern LED assembly line (SMD Line), fully automated, with a 10-zone reflow system with high energy efficiency designed for the maximum quality. Two assembly lines, individual and in chain, operated by our qualified personnel, who work following the quality and safety processes established in accordance with the highest standards.

Semi-automatic PCB assembly

Semi-automatic assembly stations equipped with electric screwdrivers that carry out the assembly of PCBs on the luminaires autonomously.

Our R&D department works on the search for new knowledge that allows us to optimise established processes and develop new technologies that can be applied to our luminaires. To this end, we have laboratories equipped with the most innovative technology and resources currently available (thermal and climatic chamber, IPX5-IPX6 climatic resistance test chamber, IK impact test chamber, vibration test equipment, corrosion test room and endurance room, among others), which allow us to offer you a fully tested product in accordance with current regulations.

Likewise, we have all this equipment to carry out the product quality controls, which we subsequently introduce on the market, thus guaranteeing its correct operation.

Photometric and electronic laboratory

We have an electronic and photometric laboratory equipped with important measuring equipment such as the goniophotometer and the integrated Ulbricht sphere.

We have a storage area of 5000 m² and a height of 23 m, equipped with 28 lines of racking that guarantee a storage capacity of 12,000 pallets. In addition, we have 6 lifting equipment, guided by GPS navigation, which allows us to control, through a modern integrated warehouse system (WMS), all supply and picking operations.

The storage capacity, together with the optimisation of the reception and dispatch processes, allows us to guarantee a better response to our customers, faithful to our commitment to service and speed.
